About The Programme

Reclaim Your Real Life is an 8-week guided process designed to help you identify and release the unconscious beliefs and nervous system patterns that keep you stuck.

Through a structured series of sessions, we explore the deeper forces shaping your life and begin creating meaningful lasting change.

How We Work Together

Together we explore:

• unconscious limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns
• emotional patterns formed earlier in life
• nervous system responses that shape behaviour
• identity and life direction
• reconnecting with what feels authentic and meaningful

Programme Structure

The programme takes place over 8 weekly deep transformational 60 minute sessions.

Between sessions you also have the option of brief check-ins for support as you integrate the work.

Each stage of the programme moves through a process of:

Awareness → Release → Re-alignment → Integration
