They arrive exhausted. Or stuck. Or quietly aware that the same thing keeps happening regardless of how much they try to change it. They might not have the language for it yet. They just know that something isn't working and that understanding it on their own hasn't been enough to shift it.

That is exactly the right place to start.

The work I do goes deeper than talking about what is happening. It works directly with the patterns themselves — the automatic responses, beliefs and ways of relating that sit below conscious thought and quietly shape everything.

What brings people to this work

People come for many different reasons. These are some of the most common:

Exhaustion and emotional overwhelm in relationships Feeling like you are carrying more than your share, emotionally, practically, or both. Not knowing why you feel so tired, so resentful, or so lost inside a relationship that looked fine from the outside. Feeling responsible for everything and everyone, and unable to stop.

Phobias and performance anxiety A specific fear that limits what you can do, flying, needles, social situations, heights. Or overwhelming anxiety before a presentation, interview, exam, driving test or performance. These are targeted, identifiable responses that respond well to focused work.

Self-sabotage and procrastination Getting in your own way at a certain point, in work, relationships or personal goals. Starting things and not finishing them. Avoiding what matters. Knowing what you want and still not moving toward it.

Recurring relationship patterns Finding yourself in the same dynamic repeatedly, regardless of the person. Choosing people who need you. Losing yourself in relationships. Over functioning while the other person under functions. Recognising the pattern but not being able to change it.

Anxiety and overthinking A mind that won't switch off. Worrying even when things are technically fine. Difficulty making decisions. Feeling tense and unable to fully relax even in safe situations.

Feeling stuck and not knowing why No clear crisis, no obvious reason, just a persistent sense that something isn't moving, that life isn't quite what it should be, that there is something underneath that needs to shift before anything else can change.
