Let's have a 20-minute call about what's going on for you, and where you can ask any questions you may have and see whether we are good to work together.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, overthinking, self-sabotage, relationship patterns, or something you haven't quite been able to name yet, this is where it starts.
Yes. Anxiety and overthinking are not character flaws, they are patterns the unconscious mind has learned to run, usually for very good reasons at some point. NLP works directly with the structure of those patterns, how your mind is generating the anxious response, and changes that at the source. Most people notice a significant shift within one to three sessions. This is not about managing anxiety better, it's about changing what is driving it.
Self-sabotage happens when there is a conflict between what you consciously want and what your unconscious mind believes is safe, deserved, or possible. Willpower alone cannot override that conflict because the unconscious mind always wins. NLP and integrative therapy work directly at that unconscious level, identifying the subconscious belief or pattern driving the sabotage and changing it at the root. Once that changes, the self-sabotage typically stops because the underlying reason for it no longer exists.
Yes. People-pleasing is almost always driven by a deeper unconscious belief, that your needs matter less than others, that saying no makes you unlovable, or that conflict is dangerous. Those beliefs were formed for good reasons, usually early in life. Integrative therapy and NLP work directly with those core beliefs, not just the surface behaviour. When the belief changes, the people-pleasing naturally reduces because the unconscious reason for it has been addressed.
Yes, and phobias are one of the areas where NLP produces some of its most rapid and dramatic results. A phobia is not a rational problem, which is why rational conversation rarely fixes it. NLP works directly with the unconscious pattern generating the fear response and interrupts it at the source. Most phobias - spiders, flying, needles, heights, social situations - can shift significantly within one to three sessions.
Traditional counselling and CBT work primarily at the conscious level, exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviours through conversation and structured exercises. NLP works directly with the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and responses driving the problem. Rather than talking about why something happened, NLP works with how the mind is running the pattern right now and changes that directly. Many people who have tried counselling or CBT without lasting results find NLP produces faster, more permanent change because it goes to the root level of the problem.
Integrative therapy means drawing on multiple modalities rather than following one fixed method. Rather than fitting you into a model, the approach is adapted to fit you. Sessions with Geraldine blend NLP pattern-shifting, transpersonal therapy, and depth-informed shamanic counselling, working with the conscious, unconscious, and deeper layers of experience depending on what each client brings. This flexibility means the work can move at the right level for each person rather than being constrained by a single therapeutic framework.
NLP typically produces noticeable results significantly faster than traditional talking therapy because it works at the level of the subconscious pattern rather than the conscious story. For a specific issue, a phobia, a limiting belief, a single anxiety response, most people notice a real shift within one to three sessions. For deeper pattern work involving long-standing identity beliefs or complex emotional cycles, a structured programme of six to eight weeks produces lasting change. Traditional talking therapy for the same issues often takes months or years because it works at a different level of the problem.
Yes. Online therapy via secure video produces the same outcomes as in-person work for the vast majority of presenting issues. Many clients find that working from the privacy and comfort of their own home actually deepens the process, there is less performance anxiety and people often find it easier to open up. Sessions are available online to clients across Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK, and worldwide.
