Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Private therapy is a professional service and I reserve each therapy session specifically for you. In order to ensure that this time is used to best advantage, please follow the cancelling and rescheduling directions below;

  • Please give at least 48 hours notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling for ‘in person’ appointments and at least 24 hours notice for online appointments,

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours of appointment time will be charged at the full session price,

  • Rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours of appointment time will be charged at the full session price.

I understand that life can sometimes get in the way and these circumstances will be taken into consideration.

If I am taking time off, I will endeavour to give at lease one full week’s notice.
