Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Private therapy is a professional service and I reserve each therapy session specifically for you. In order to ensure that this time is used to best advantage, please follow the cancelling and rescheduling directions below;
Please give at least 48 hours notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling for ‘in person’ appointments and at least 24 hours notice for online appointments,
Cancellations made less than 24 hours of appointment time will be charged at the full session price,
Rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours of appointment time will be charged at the full session price.
I understand that life can sometimes get in the way and these circumstances will be taken into consideration.
If I am taking time off, I will endeavour to give at lease one full week’s notice.
