Shamanic Counselling

Inner connection with Shamanic Counselling

Shamanic counselling is a unique and powerful approach to problem solving that teaches you to connect with your inner self, with your sub conscious mind, through a technique called a shamanic journey. As your counsellor, I will guide you through your journey, which allows you to receive your own direct guidance, healing and support for issues such as life changes, grief, or emotional challenges. In effect, you become your own healing shaman.

A typical shamanic counselling session begins with open conversation and free association to clarify your deeper, and often unknown, wants and needs. You are then guided, using gentle rhythmic drumming, into a relaxed inward state where psychodynamic and subconscious exploration can take place.
From there, the work may include energy clearing, inner child healing, and soul retrieval to release old wounds and restore a sense of wholeness and vitality.
