Intensive NLP Breakthroughs

For when you feel stuck in automatic habits, chronic self-sabotage, or intense overthinking. Working directly with your unconscious patterns and identity beliefs, these active sessions are designed for single, focused issues, such as imposter syndrome, phobias, anxiety, or a single limiting belief. While results cannot be guaranteed, most people experience a very noticeable change within 1 to 3 sessions. Occasionally there are deeper roots that may benefit from deeper work and some clients choose to continue on a structured programme and this option is available at any time.
