I’m Geraldine Fay, an Integrative Holistic Therapist and I offer anxiety therapy that blends NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and transpersonal psychotherapy to help you overcome emotional barriers, reconnect with your inner self and find lasting peace.

Anxiety Symptoms
Common symptoms of anxiety include constant worry, racing thoughts, feeling on edge, restlessness and difficulty concentrating. Physical symptoms may include a tight chest, shortness of breath, a racing heart, dizziness, nausea, muscle tension, headaches and problems sleeping. Anxiety can also affect behaviour, leading to avoidance of certain situations, social withdrawal or feeling overwhelmed by everyday tasks. Symptoms can also include anxiety attacks and panic attacks.
