Inner Journey Therapy
Deeper connection with Inner Journey Therapy
Inner Journey Therapy is a unique and powerful approach to problem solving that teaches you to connect with your inner self, with your sub conscious mind, through a technique called inner journeying (grounded in Celtic Shamanic practice). As your inner counsellor, I will guide you through your journey, which allows you to receive your own direct guidance, healing and support for issues such as life changes, grief, or emotional challenges. In effect, you become your own healing shaman.
A typical inner journey session begins with open conversation and free association to clarify your deeper, and often unknown, wants and needs. You are then guided, using gentle rhythmic drumming, into a relaxed inward state where psychodynamic and subconscious exploration can take place.
From there, the work may include energy clearing, inner child healing, and soul retrieval to release old wounds and restore a sense of wholeness and vitality.
Shamanic Energy Healing
Shamanic healing is a holistic spiritual practice rooted in ancient traditions that view the universe as alive and interconnected. It works with the energetic, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person to restore balance, wholeness, and insight. Through altered states of awareness, a shamanic practitioner journeys with spiritual guides to uncover the root causes of imbalance.
As a shamanic practitioner, I facilitate the conditions for your inner healing to do its work, placing you in charge of your own healing rather than creating dependence on ongoing sessions.
