Format: Highly focused individual sessions conducted online via secure video call, providing absolute privacy and convenience around your schedule. In person sessions available in Crossmaglen, Armagh (4 minutes from north Monaghan and County Louth borders and a short drive from Castleblaney, Dundalk and Newry).
The Experience: This is a practical, result-oriented intensive single session process. We focus completely on giving your mind the momentum it needs to create sustainable and rapid behavioural change.

Information for online sessions
Sessions take place via Zoom, Google Meet or Whatsapp video call and are accessible from anywhere in the world - the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, or wherever you are based. If you prefer another platform, please let me know.
Sessions are available online globally and in person in Crossmaglen, Northern Ireland. Appointments are available daytime and evening to accommodate different time zones.
Research shows that online and in person therapy are equally effective for stop smoking, vaping, other habits and phobias. Success depends primarily on your level of motivation and your personal comfort, with both formats using similar clinical structures to help rewire subconscious triggers and cravings.
The best format comes down to your personal lifestyle and needs.

Before your session, please check that your camera, microphone and internet connection are working.
Headphones are not essential but are recommended for to give you the best possible experience and outcome. If you have a headset with a microphone, even better.
