Anxiety can feel like a constant background presence, a sense of unease that doesn’t fully switch off.

You might find yourself:

  • Feeling on edge or unable to relax

  • Worrying even when things seem ‘fine’

  • Struggling to switch off or be present.

I offer therapy for anxiety that goes beyond managing symptoms. Together, we begin to understand the deeper patterns and responses that are shaping how you feel.

As these patterns become clearer, it becomes possible to respond differently , and to experience more calm, space and ease in your day-to-day life.

Therapy for Stress and Overwhelm

Stress and overwhelm can build gradually, until it feels like there’s no space to breathe.

  • Pulled in different directions

  • Constantly “on”, even when you try to rest

  • Responsible for everything and everyone.

My therapy for stress offers a space to slow things down and begin to understand what’s creating that pressure , not just externally, but internally.

From there, we can gently work towards a different way of relating to yourself and your experience, allowing more balance and steadiness to emerge.

Feeling Stuck in Emotional Patterns

Sometimes the difficulty isn’t just anxiety or stress, but a deeper sense of being stuck.

You might notice:

  • Repeating the same patterns in relationships

  • Struggling to fully be yourself

  • Feeling disconnected or empty when alone

  • Knowing something needs to change, but not knowing how.

These patterns often develop over time, shaped by earlier or childhood experiences and the ways your nervous system learned to respond.

In our work together, we begin to bring awareness to these patterns so they can start to shift, not through willpower, but through understanding.

This creates the possibility for something new to emerge, at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy With a Different Approach

This work goes deeper than just talking.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we begin to explore the patterns and responses that are shaping how you feel and experience your life.

This may include:

  • The beliefs you’ve developed over time

  • The emotional responses held in your body

  • The ways you’ve learned to adapt, cope or protect yourself.

I draw on transpersonal psychology, nervous system awareness and somatic approaches to support this process.

The aim is not to “fix” you, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, so change can happen in a way that feels natural, steady and lasting.

1:1 Therapy Sessions

I offer one-to-one therapy sessions tailored to your individual experience.

This is a space where you can slow things down and explore what’s really going on for you, at your own pace. There’s no pressure to be any particular way, you’re welcome to come exactly as you are.

Therapy in Crossmaglen, Northern Ireland and Online

Sessions are available:

  • In person in Crossmaglen, Northern Ireland

  • Online across the UK, Ireland and internationally.

Online therapy via Zoom, Whatsapp video call or telephone gives you the flexibility to access support in a way that feels most comfortable for you and has many benefits over in person therapy. You can remain in your own familiar space without the need to worry about travel, traffic, parking etc.

Therapy sessions are £60 per session, usually lasting 50 minutes.

Sessions are typically held weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels right for you.
