Holistic Treatments

We may suggest or offer holistic therapies and healing sessions that may be be of benefit to you in your wellness journey. We do not offer medical advice, diagnose illness or medical conditions, offer medical examination or treatment or claim to be able to diagnose or treat and medical condition including but not limited to mental issues, physical disease or emotional conditions. We take the greatest care to use our professional experience to create the best possible treatments we can.

Holistic treatments are considered to be complementary to Western medicine and we always advise that you consult with your doctor, GP or healthcare provider regarding complementary treatments. We are unable to diagnose or treat any medical condition, illness or disease as a Western doctor would and we do not make any such claims. Our sole opinion is based on our experience in complementary and alternative holistic areas and any and all of our professional opinions, advice and recommendations DO NOT constitute the medical advice. We always recommend that you seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider in the case of a medical ailment, condition, disease or emergency.

All holistic therapies and treatments are subtle in nature and can be very slow acting. We do not guarantee or make any claims to cure illness, disease or medical conditions.

In your initial appointment, I may ask some medical or health questions that are relevant to your visit with me. All such information will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be viewed by you and your practitioner. Such information will remain in writing and will not be transferred to any digital device. Your information is protected in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation. You will not receive unsolicited or marketing calls or emails from Us unless you opt in to such promotions and you may unsubscribe at any time. If, at any time, you wish to obtain your written personal information you may do so by emailing us at geraldinefay@mail.com and making a formal request in writing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Private therapy is a professional service and I reserve each therapy session specifically for you. In order to ensure that this time is used to best advantage, please follow the cancelling and rescheduling directions below;

Please give at least 3 full working days notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling,
Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged at the full session price,
Rescheduled appointments within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged at the full session price.

I understand that life can sometimes get in the way and these circumstances will be taken into consideration.

If I am taking time off, I will endeavor to give at lease one full week’s notice.

Limitation of Liability

Each individual is responsible for making decisions about their own health and wellbeing. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, cost, expense (including legal fees) or liability of any kind (whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise), arising out of or in any way connected with your registration for, receiving of, and/or inability to receive our holistic / complimentary therapy / treatment. This includes, without limitation, any and all compensatory, accidental, incidental, direct, indirect, special, especial, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, loss or denial of service, business interruption, claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the extent arising from your negligent acts or omissions, any pre-existing medical condition, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your reliance on reviews and opinions about energy healing. We strongly advise that you do your own research and make your own inquiries before deciding whether Our holistic / complimentary therapy / treatment is suitable for you.

How long I will keep your data

I/We am/are required to hold your data for 7 years in case of insurance claims. I will only hold your data for as long as is strictly necessary.
